WSGC 8th Grade Sugaring Trip 2025

The WSGC 8th grade class enjoyed a syrupy-sweet week here at Glen Brook! Throughout the week, students assisted with maple sugaring and sap boiling, on both a large scale in our evaporator and on a small scale over fires built in the woods. A hike to the Babbidge Reservoir revealed obvious signs of Spring, as well as the time they spent on the farm working with the new crops and newborn baby animals. It was a week of fun, teamwork, and growth and we cannot wait to see this class again soon!
