Twain Braden

Twain is a 1988 graduate of the Waldorf School of Garden City, NY. He has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Hobart College and a J.D. from the Charleston School of Law in Charleston, SC. Twain has led wilderness trips and sailing adventures throughout Northern New England and the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea and holds a current master mariner’s license. Twain is the author of three books, most recently, Ghosts of the Pioneers: A Family Search for the Independent Oregon Colony of 1844 (The Lyons Press, 2007). He and his wife Leah Day have four children.  Says Twain, "I see in Glen Brook the potential for everyone to achieve his or her best in life – through creativity, hard work, and good humor."
