Summer Employment Opportunties:
Glen Brook has a staff of about 30 people for summer camp. While about 2/3 of our staff return each year, we normally have openings for a few instructors, support staff and/or cabin counselors.
Most staff positions require applicants to be at least 18 years of age. Some supervisory or positions requiring driving require applicants to be at least 21 years of age. Previous camp work experience, knowledge of Waldorf education and/or experience working with children are a plus in consideration.
We have openings for staff with the following skills and certifications (if applicable): Swimming, canoeing and kayaking, archery, tennis, arts and crafts, woodworking, English riding, mountain biking, nature, outdoor skills, ropes course, music and drama, general sports, photography and rocketry.
Other Employment Opportunities:
Glen Brook occasionally has openings for seasonal or year-round positions, including teachers, apprentices, and general farm or kitchen help. Please contact us at office@glenbrook.org for more information.
